Dispositivo che rispetta la normativa UNI EN 1717 riguardante la prevenzione sull’ inquinamento
dell’acqua potabile all’interno di immobili specifico per evitare l’inquinamento causato dal riflusso.
Un riflusso di fluido (retrosifonamento) in un sistema di approvvigionamento di acqua potabile può
verificarsi a causa di una depressione parziale (caduta di pressione) nel sistema di approvvigionamento
dell’acqua potabile (causata per esempio dal funzionamento di una valvola, dallo scoppio di un tubo,
dal funzionamento di una pompa ausiliaria, dall’eccessiva richiesta d’acqua in una parte del sistema,
dall’acqua prelevata in
caso di emergenza da un idrante antincendio.

Device that complies with the UNI EN 1717 on the prevention on pollution of potable water inside
buildings in order to prevent pollution by backflow.
A fluid backflow in a system of supply of potable water may occur due to a partial vacuum (pressure
drop) in the potable water supply system (caused for example by the operation of a valve, by the
bursting of a tube, from the operation of an auxiliary pump, the excessive water demand in one part of
the system, the water taken in emergency from a fire hydrant.
