Mounting instructions

Tagliare secondo la lunghezza desiderata e
rimuovere da entrambi i lati circa 2,5 cm. di guaina
protettiva.
1 Cut the hose in preferred lenght and remove from both

sides about 2,5 cm. of facing.

raccordi gas/acqua gas /water joints 2 Inserire l’apposito dado e posizionare la guancetta

preformata sulla seconda onda del tubo corrugato.
Insert the proper nut and position the preformed end ring
on the second wave of the corrugated hose.

Portare il dado a contatto con la guancetta preformata.
Bring the nut in contact with the end ring.

Inserire l’apposita guarnizione in metallo.

Insert the proper metallic gasket.

Collegare all’impianto o ad un nipplo con battuta piana
e serrare affinchè la deformazione a cartella del tubo
corrugato faccia tenuta tra i due anelli.

uniroll Connect at the system or at nipple with plane end-stop and
tighten up so that the flare connection of corrugated hose
make retaining between two rings.

Utilizzare l’apposito nastro adesivo in dotazione
resistente fino a 105°C per sigillare le parti metalliche.
Per evitare corrosioni e danneggiamenti formare un
6 doppio strato dello stesso.
Use the special equipped adhesive tape heat-resistant to
till 105°C to seal the metallic parts.
To prevent damages and corrosions make a double layer.
