Art. 1 - Con la trasmissione dell'ordine, anche se inoltrato alla Venditrice per mezzo dell'agente, il cliente accetta tutte le condizioni contenute nei successivi articoli. La GARANZIA CISAL assicura, in caso di reclami effettivamente provati, la riparazione o la sostituzione gratuita, a discrezione della CISAL. The application of the CISAL WARRANTY requires the payment of a “Disbursement Fee” by the users in case the assistance is requested.
I prodotti e i componenti sostituiti o riparati in garanzia continueranno ad essere garantiti per gli anni di garanzia sopraindicati, a far data dalla prima installazione. In case of legitimated claims; the CISAL WARRANTY shall cover free of charge repair or replacement, at CISAL�s discretion.
