COES Company

A SE.R.I. Group S.p.A. Company offers to the market the most innovative and advanced solutions
for the hydrothermosanitary fi eld, in order to satisfy every needs of the civil engineers. SE.R.I. Group
S.p.A operates in many industrial fi elds such as the automotive, with the manufacture of car batte-
ries components, manufacture and transformation of the plastic materials, project and setting of the
photovoltaic plants, Real Estate.

The entry into SERI group allows COES to be part of a solid and controlled reality, both in the mana-
gement and production processes. In 2015 COES took over an important company in the industrial
landscape, tooking over its production and brands: GDS - Gresintex - Dalmine - Sirci. The new
brands allow COES to offer a wide and complete products portfolio. Two divisions are born: Building
and Infrastructure.

To present to the market a wide and innovative range of products and systems for plumbing, heating
and sanitary systems, offering value to those who design, distribute and fi t them; comfort for the end
user.

COES Company

Le group SE.R.I. S.p.A. est actif en nombreux secteurs industriels tels que le secteur automotive,
avec la production de composants pour batteries des voitures, la production et la transformation de
plastiques, la conception et la construction de systèmes photovoltaïques, et real estate. La société
COES est présente sur le marché avec l’usine de Pioltello près de de Milan (siège opérationnel et
traitement des matières plastiques), Gubbio et Levate pour la fabrication de produits pour le secteur
des infrastructures. On propose au marché une gamme large et innovante de produits et de solu-
tions pour les systèmes de plomberie et de chauffage offrant une valeur ajoutée à ceux qui conçoiv-
ent, distribuent et installent confort à l’utilisateur fi nal.

L’entrée dans le groupe SERI permet au COES de faire partie d’une réalité solide et contrôlée, aus-
si bien dans les processus de gestion que de production. En 2015, COES a repris une entreprise
importante sur la scène industrielle, en notant sa production et ses marques: GDS - Gresintex -
Dalmine - Sirci. Les nouvelles marques permettent à COES d’offrir une gamme de produits large et
complet. Les 3 divisions Constructions, Infrastructures, Termoarredo sont nées.

Mission
Proposer au marché une gamme large et innovante de produits et systèmes pour la plomberie de
drainage, adduction eau froide, chaude et pour systèmes de chauffage; infrastructures hydrauliques
avec tuyaux assainissement, sous pression, aqueducs, réseaux GAS; offrir de la valeur à ceux qui
conçoivent, distribuent, installent et donne un service à l’utilisateur fi nal.
