Coestherm®

Coestherm® è il sistema di tubi e raccordi in polipropilene random e PP-RCT, dal
diam.16 al 200mm, per adduzione di acqua sanitaria, per riscaldamento, condizionamento,
che risponde alle più rigorose esigenze di robustezza e durata.
Il PP-R è un materiale plastico resistente alla fessurazione anche sotto sforzo, alla corrosione e agli
agenti chimici. La sua composizione molecolare garantisce inoltre isolamento acustico e inattacca-
bilità dalle correnti vaganti.
Il PP-RCT è caratterizzato da una struttura cristallina esagonale che conferisce una durata minima
d’esercizio di 50 anni per pressioni fi no a 10 bar con temperature a 70°C.
I tubi Coestherm® sono prodotti secondo le norme DIN 8077 - 8078 e/o UNI EN ISO 1587-2; i
raccordi secondo DIN 16962 e/o UNI EN ISO 15874-3.
Il programma Coestherm® è atossico e perfettamente idoneo al trasporto di acque potabili e liquidi
alimentari (DM 174-04).

Coestherm® is the system of pipes and fi ttings in random polypropylene and PP-RCT, with diam. of 16 to 200
mm, for supplying hot and cold sanitary water and for heating/airconditioning, to suit the most demanding ne-
eds for strength and durability.
PP-R is a plastic material which resists cracking even under stress, as well as corrosion and chemicals. Its molecular
composition also guarantees acoustic insulation and protection against attack by casual currents. PP-RCT is characte-
rised by a hexagonal crystalline structure which conveys a minimum working life of 50 years for pressures of up to 10
bar with temperatures of 70°C. Coestherm® pipes are made in compliance with DIN 8077 - 8078 and/or UNI EN ISO
15874-2 ; while the fi ttings are compliant with DIN 16962 and/or UNI EN ISO 15874-3. The Coestherm® programme is
perfectly suited to transporting water suitable for drinking and liquid foods (Italian DM 174 - 04).

qui répond aux exigences les plus rigoureuses en termes de robustesse et de durée.
Le PP-R est un matériau plastique résistant aux fi ssures même sous contrainte, à la corrosion et aux agents chimiques.
Sa composition moléculaire garantit en outre son isolation acoustique et son caractère inattaquable par les courants
errants. Le PP-RCT se caractérise par sa structure cristalline hexagonale, qui lui confère une durée de service minimale
de 50 ans pour des pressions allant jusqu’à 10 bars à une température de 70°C. Les tubes Coestherm® sont produits
selon les normes DIN 8077 - 8078 et/ou UNI EN ISO 15874-2 ; les raccords, selon les normes DIN 16962 et/ou UNI
EN ISO 15874-3. Le programme Coestherm® est atoxique et parfaitement adapté au transport d’eaux potables et de
liquides alimentaires (DM 174 -04).

Coestherm® ist ein System von Rohren und Anschlussstücken aus Random-Polypropylen und PP-RCT in Dur-
chmessern von 16 bis 200 mm, für Warm- oder Kaltwassersteigleitungen und für Heizung/Klimatisierung. Es
entspricht den strengsten Anforderungen bezogen auf Robustheit und Lebensdauer.
PP-R ist ein Kunststoff, der der Rissbildung auch unter Belastung, standhält er ist korrosionsfest und chemikalienbe-
ständig. Seine Molekülkomposition garantiert zudem Schalldämmung und Sicherheit vor Kriechstrom. PP-RCT zeichnet
sich durch eine sechseckige Kristallstruktur aus, die eine Mindestbetriebszeit von 50 Jahren bei Druckwerten bis zu 10
bar bei Temperaturen bis 70°C garantiert. Die Rohre Coestherm® werden nach DIN 8077 - 8078 und/oder UNI EN ISO
15874-2 produziert; die Anschlussstücke nach DIN 16962 und/oder UNI EN ISO 15874-3. Das Programm Coestherm®
ist ungiftig und absolut lebensmittelecht (italienisch Trinkwasserverordnung DM 174 -04).

gencias en materia de resistencia mecánica y duración.
El PP-R es un material plástico resistente a la fi suración incluso bajo esfuerzo, así como a la corrosión y a los agentes
químicos. Su composición molecular garantiza también el aislamiento acústico y lo protege del ataque de las corrientes
vagantes. El PP-RCT presenta una estructura hexagonal que garantiza una duración mínima de funcionamiento de 50
años con presiones de hasta 10 bar y temperaturas de 70 °C. Los tubos Coestherm® se producen de conformidad con
las normas DIN 8077 - 8078 y/o UNI EN ISO 15874-2; los accesorios conforme con las normas DIN 16962 y/o UNI EN
ISO 15874-3. El programa Coestherm® es atóxico y perfectamente apto para el transporte de aguas potables y líquidos
alimenticios (Decreto Ministerial Italiano 174 -04).
